The next May 5 The course for those responsible for the internal alert systems of local entities begins, which will be held in a hybrid format, over 4 days.
The training is intended for those people who have been designated as responsible for internal alert systems in accordance with Law 2/2023, which regulates the protection of people who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption, and will have expert personnel in the field of open government, good governance, digital transformation and public integrity.
The objectives of this training are:
- publicize the standard procedure of the internal alert system
- expose the management practices associated with preserving the identity of whistleblowers
- present the resources in the technological, organizational and technical fields available in Catalonia to fulfill the role of the person responsible for the alert system
- share good practices related to the alert system.
This EAPC training, designed by the Good Governance Support Group of the Open Government Network of Catalonia, is being rolled out across the territory with four simultaneous editions in Barcelona, Girona, Lleida and Tarragona.
Hybrid mode throughout the territory
The sixteen-hour program will be taught in a hybrid format and will combine elements of face-to-face training with elements of synchronous online training, to facilitate the active participation of students and the exchange of experiences and the work of practical cases to consolidate the learning acquired.
