The service ERES incorporates email notifications with the daily summary of pending tasks, among other improvements

From 06/18/2025 the service ERES It incorporates improvements related to both the records management module and the case processing module. We detail the most relevant ones below:
Records management module:
Email notifications to report pending tasks: Starting on 19/06/2025, a daily email will be sent at 8:00 a.m. notifying you of pending tasks, which includes the following notices, related to the issues in progress the day before the sending.
pending records of the work units to which the user belongs.
If users have the files module active, the sections below will also be added to the email:
files with activated alarms: active alarms from the previous day are incorporated.
pending tasks nearbyeres at maturity: Pending tasks are included until the day after their due date.
documents pending signature: those from the previous day are incorporated. In this case, the tool will also send an additional email at the time the document is sent for signing.
In the Tools section of the solution, a notification control functionality is added to enable/disable emails sent from theERES:
Adaptation of the output registration tabs to the processing options available for entries: output records now allow the management of transfers of records in còpia, as well as visibility of the relationship with files.
File processing module:
Possibility to predetermine a personalized shield and footer in the document templates of theERES: the possibility of configuring the entity's logo and a document footer is added that will be incorporated into all document templates generated from theERES.
In the Administration section of theERES The Header and Footer section is added, which allows you to edit each of the two parts of the document, adding the image and text that will be visible in all documents created from the files module of theERES.
Template preview functionality: document generation allows you to see the template for the procedure, if it exists predefined in theERESThis functionality allows you to view the texts that the templates incorporate, before choosing them.
