From September 29, 2025, the Public Procurement Services Platform (PSCP) and the tools eLicita incorporate new functionalities that improve the efficiency and usability of electronic procurement processes. These improvements respond to the detected needs that have been implemented to make the management of the procurement procedure more agile, both for public administrations and for companies using the services. Some of the most relevant ones are highlighted below:
Improvements to the SPD (European Public Procurement Document)
Usability improvements have been introduced in the HTML model of the DEUC generated from the “Biddening Companies” section of the PSCP, like now:
- the economic operator can respond globally to section IV without the need to do so individually by sections (AD).
- The possibility of selecting criteria in an aggregated manner has been added.
Improvements to the Contractor Profile Post Manager
- The option to mark that a contract is perfected with the award is enabled, which avoids the need to publish the formalization. In these cases, additional fields that are usually found in the formalization phase are displayed, and it is possible to go directly to the execution phase from the award.
- The aggregate publication templates for contracts are modified to add the mandatory fields: Awardee: CETIS/EI and Social Reserva.
Tool improvements eLicita
- The possibility of informing an email distribution list when configuring envelopes is incorporated, in order to receive notifications about status changes.
