Reminder of the closure of the INSS Public Social Benefits Registry service
On May 15th we informed you about the new Digital Social Card (TSD) service that the National Institute of Social Security (INSS) has created to replace the current consultation service of the Public Social Benefits Registry (RPSP) which will close at the end of 2025.
Although it had been reported that up to September 30th new procedures could be authorized at the RPSP service, in current requests the data issuer indicates to the requesters that they no longer request the old service but rather the TSD service. That is why, to avoid requirements, the possibility of requesting the RPSP service has been removed from the Via Oberta form.
We remind you that The AOC has officially migrated all the authorizations that we had from the RPSP consultation service. The migration has been made to two of the three services: consultation of TSD benefits and consultation of TSD economic data (payments). Regarding the third service, consultation of the members of the cohabitation unit, as it is new, access will have to be requested as always: based on a procedure that justifies access to the data.
Therefore, entities that wish to request new authorizations to consume INSS services, whether through EACAT screens or through integration, they now only have the option of requesting the new TSD services.
