On June 19, a training session was held for the use of the service registration module. ERES, aimed at both organizations that use the service, and those public entities that support its implementation.

The content of the session

The webinar covered general concepts of the service, such as the registration process, user roles and access methods, and focused its content on a demonstration of the main practical cases related to the functionalities associated with each service role: service administration, record management and consultation.

Continuing with the commitment to providing support and resources to the entities that use the AOC services, we make available to you the video of the sessionThis will also be published soon in the section of the ERES of the Campus AOC, through which you can find other training resources, such as the tutorial and the different classroom courses, through which you can also explore the functionalities of the files module which incorporates the solution. Regarding the latter, a specific training session on 15/10/2025 which you can now register for through the form available al Campus AOC.
