Main improvements of the new version
- Updating the homepage with a modern and functional design
The new homepage features a modern, clear and accessible design, which improves navigation through the main modules and offers a dashboard with activity information. - Clearer and more efficient consultation of archived documents
The new table format display better organizes documents and incorporates grouped actions, a search engine and different sorting criteria to facilitate the consultation and retrieval of archived documentation. - Improved document sorting
Documents that are part of an archived file are sorted by default by creation date (oldest to most recent), with options to sort by name or title and reverse the order. - Expansion of metadata vocabularies
New document typologies have been added to the document type field, improving the description of documents. - Downloading the XSD files of the metadata vocabularies
The XSD files of the registered metadata vocabularies can be downloaded from the administration area. In this way, administrators can consult the metadata elements they contain and assess whether they can be useful for describing their files and documents more precisely. - Is it now possible to repeat metadata vocabularies when transferring a file?
Multiple instances of the same metadata vocabulary can be included when describing a file, allowing, for example, the addition of multiple stakeholders. This functionality is not available for manual entries via the web and can only be used in integration mode. - Updating technical components
The JHOVE (format validation) and CLAMAV (antivirus) tools have been updated to improve the performance, compatibility and security of the platform.
