- Processing between administrations
Subsidies for professional live music programming published
Starting Wednesday May 14 this year, procedures in HTML format on the EACAT inter-administrative processing platform will have a new tray called “In process/Not processed”This improvement allows you to identify the processing status of signed procedures which, due to their asynchronous nature, may take a few minutes to complete.
Once an HTML procedure has been signed, it will temporarily appear in the new “In Process/Not Processed” tray, with the clock icon, until the submission process is complete. Once completed, the process will automatically be moved to the usual tray. “Formalities”, where you can check the procedures sent and received.
It is important to note that if a procedure is displayed in the tray “In process/Not processed” with the icon of a Circled X, this indicates that it could not be processed correctly. Only in this case, is it possible to access the details of the procedure, the following explanatory message will be displayed:
“The file has unfinished procedures, in HTML format, because the entry could not be registered with the recipient entity. For this reason, they are not considered submitted. Please fill it out again from the file details or from the Service Catalog.”
Remember that the tray “In process/Not processed” will only appear when there is a procedure that is being processed or a procedure that cannot be processed correctly. If there is no procedure in this situation, the tray is not displayed.
