Change of location of records from the year 2022 to ERES

During the year 2024 it was enable the service ERES a space to access records that are more than two years old, so that they are no longer accessible from the daily use environment and do not penalize the performance of the tool.

As it already went to do last year, starting from 31/01/2025, we will execute a new process of sending, in the historical records environment, all those entry and exit records, dated prior to 01/01/2023, to limit their access from the non-historical environment of the service.

These records and their documentation will continue to be accessible to users with the Administrator role of the environment from the screen below. Additionally, the rest of the users of the tool can view, if they wish, the notes of the records in the lists, by checking the filter of search in history, available for all service roles.
