Leave due to inactivity representactions pending validation

With the aim of improving the management of representaIn addition, inactivity cancellation has been implemented for applications that remain pending validation for more than 90 days. This functionality was already applied to applications that were pending acceptance (within 40 days) and will now also be applied to those that are in the validation process.

Life cycle of the representaWhen an application for registration of a representation, if it attaches documentation that proves the representation, it goes to the Pending validation status, where a public worker with the Validator role must review it, the resulting states are In validation, while the request is being analyzed, Vàlida, Denied or Cancelled, after 90 days without validation. If you do not attach documentation, it goes to Pending Acceptance, which can go to Vàlida, when the party that did not make the request accepts it, Renounced or Revoked depending on the person who makes the withdrawal or Cancelled, after 40 days without acceptance or if errors have been detected. All representations in state "Vàlida", when the validity period ends it will change to Expired.

How to validate a representation? 

The representaThe actions to be validated are those that have a document supporting them, for example, a notarial deed, and they must be reviewed by a public user with the Validator role.

How to activate notifications? 

In the “Entity data configuration” section, you can add an email to receive notifications with the list of representapending validations that an organization has (Pending validations mail). If you report an address in this field, you will receive, once a week, an email with all the representations with status “Pending validation” and “Under review” from your entity, on Mondays at 10 am.
