The Public Sector Contracts Act requires that information relating to minor procurement be published on contracting profiles, at least quarterly. Local entities that process files with the ACTIO platform, which is not integrated with the Public Procurement Services Platform (PSCP), they had to manually fill in the file with the data of the minor contracts necessary for the quarterly publication. Now, with the new system integrated into the minor contracting flowchart, the staff automatically obtains the file with the minimum data that is necessary to inform the PSCP, gaining in efficiency and transparència.

The solution implemented by the Tarragona Provincial Council consists of the deployment of new flow charts on the ACTIO platform that automatically incorporate the collection of the minimum data that must be reported to the Public Procurement Services Platform (PSCP) and also in the Public Register of Contracts (RPC).
Throughout the minor recruitment flowchart, the necessary data is requested for the aggregate publication of minor contacts in the PSCP. Thanks to the persistence of the data (stored data), ACTIO can automatically generate the file in spreadsheet format with the data of all the minor contacts that have been processed on the platform. This file has the appropriate structure to make the mass upload of minors to the RPC and to the PSCP.
In this way, the local authority staff automatically obtains the information supply file and does not have to do it manually. They only need to verify the data and have the option to amend any data, if necessary.
