New technical specifications of the Citizen Folders Hub to improve My Space
With the presentation called “Advancing (little by little) towards smart, friendly and sustainable governments that make life easy for people”, the director of the AOC, Miquel Estape, participated on November 19th in the V Àgora Meeting – Challenges of local tax authorities in the digital age: innovation and efficiency."
The V Àgora Meeting, held in Barcelona on November 19, 20 and 21, 2025, brought together managers and technicians from tax agencies and local entities from across the State to offer a space for professional dialogue, exchange of experiences and joint reflection on the major challenges of local tax management.
Miquel Estapé explained the vision of the AOC and presented some of the services it offers, such as El Meu Espai, an interoperable and inter-administrative citizen folder, as well as such as improvements in process automation or future proactive services to continue moving towards a more proactive and citizen-centered administration. The director of the AOC highlighted the imminent needs and risks that administrations must face in the coming years with a broad and enriching vision of the debate on local finances.
