The General Council of the AOC, the highest governing body, approved the annual accounts for the 18 financial year on June 2024, which will be sent to the General Auditor's Office and the Auditor General's Office.
For its part, the following highlights from the Executive Committee session:Hestia service termination agreement from June 2026. As established in the agreement: “The need to cease the Hèstia service is foreseen in order to initiate and accelerate its migration to wSocial, in accordance with the request of the Department of Social Rights and Inclusion and with the documentation sent to members.”.
Regarding communication to user entities, the agreement establishes “to cease the provision of the Hèstia service, at the request of the Department of Social Services and Inclusion, and to communicate this to the user entities of the service with one year's notice.” This agreement has been communicated through EACAT to the user entities in accordance with the content of our General conditions for the provision of services.
In addition, both collegiate bodies were informed of the audit report for the 2023 financial year, and the Executive Committee authorized the initiation of a Dynamic System for the acquisition of software licenses, digital content and its associated services, for an estimated value of 69 million euros and a duration of five years, with the possibility of extensions of up to four more years.
