TV3 documentary “Disconnected”: digital inclusion, a fundamental right
On September 17, the Executive Committee of the AOC approved the technical documentation necessary to deploy a new remote electronic signature service in the cloud, intended for Catalan public administrations. This service will allow issuing, managing and signing with digital certificates in a much more efficient, agile and secure way. This new solution will benefit all public workers who have to sign electronically, especially those who do so intensively such as elected officials, public managers and technical, legal and economic management managers.
The first certificate profile to be issued under this new branch of the AOC certification hierarchy will be the TCAT RA (Remote + Advanced signature), equivalent to the current one TCAT P (software), and will be available by the end of 2025. We will be sharing the calendar and any updates regarding this.
