More than 3.000 alerts communicated through the AOC Alert Channel

The service AOC Alert Channel reaches the figure of 3.000 alerts communicated in total during the last two years of activity of the service 2024 and 2025. Very diverse user entities have joined the service such as the Generalitat de Catalunya, the Provincial Councils of the four Catalan provinces, parliamentary entities, local communities, universities, public companies and foundations, and approximately 700 user entities are already part of the service.

At no cost to them, the AOC provides citizens with an alert channel with guarantees for whistleblowers and ensures institutional integrity and Good Governance.

Administrations have a simple set of tools and resources at their disposal thanks to collaboration within the framework of the Open Government Network of Catalonia:

  • Banner kits for use at your headquarters or corporate website.
  • The SIA information page through an item on the portal transparència of the AOC.
  • A guided assistant to facilitate the correct presentation to whistleblowers through the most appropriate channel.
  • An alert channel service.
