Open Government services (e-office, portal) transparència) of the eTRAM that the AOC makes available to Catalan public administrations, are migrating to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud on October 22nd.
This migration is part of the strategic plan for cloud transformation of AOC services initiated in 2022 and through which the migration to the cloud of different AOC services has been carried out; such as PSI, VALID, ERES, DESA'L or e-NOTUM. This process aims to promote the digital transformation of the AOC to guarantee the quality of the services it offers.
Details of the effects
Migration work will be carried out next October 22nd will start at 00:00h and end at 14:00h.
- Impacts on the citizen environment:
Access to the consultation of the e-mail portals and transparència, as well as electronic processing, will operate normally, with only occasional service interruptions expected in the final moments of the intervention (between 12:00 and 14:00).
- Impacts on the publishing environment (public administration personnel):
During the entire time slot of the intervention editing changes to the seu-e portals and transparència, as well as in the catalog of eTRAM will not be availableTherefore it will not be possible to edit on the seu-e portals, transparència or catalog of procedures.
In the case of theeTRAM we find ourselves in the need to make a internal and temporary change to the service URL. It will be a temporary and transparent redirection for the user (you don't have to do anything), which will remain until the processing environment is migrated to AWS (migration work expected at the end of 2025). So, for example, where it currently says:
https://seu-e.cat/tramits/CODI_ENS/nom-tramit it will automatically redirect to the “new” one: https://etram.seu-e.cat/tramits/CODI_ENS/nom-tramit, But without the need to make any link changes to your corporate website.
