14 basic areas of Social Services have already migrated from theHèstia at W-Social

Since November 7, 2025, 14 of the 91 basic areas of Social Services, which until now were users of theHèstia, have migrated to the solution that the Department of Social Rights and Inclusion has developed for this purpose, W-Social. These ABSS maintain access to their data from theHèstia for 3 months, although in reading mode, without the possibility of recording new ones, in order to avoid duplication in the registration of monitoring and accompaniment of people.

The AOC guarantees all migrated ABSS the return of the last còpia complete and encrypted security of your data, by express request from ABSS throughEACAT, specifying the person who will receive instructions to access the download and the content of the data. To be able to decrypt the information, the ABSS will need to have a Microsoft SQL Server 2022 (or higher) Enterprise license.

The AOC continues to work as always to guarantee the provision of the Service Hèstia with the maximum guarantees and optimal conditions for ABSS users.
