Downloading registration flyers fromEl Meu Espai is in the pilot phase

The AOC has piloted the new functionality for downloading registration forms fromEl Meu Espai to respond to one of the procedures most requested by citizens and which represents a significant consumption of resources for citizen service offices.

With the aim of reducing this volume and promoting electronic processing, work is being done to offer citizens the ability to download the supporting document for their registration data in self-consumption mode.

With this functionality, citizens will be able to autonomously download a registration form and view their residence data at an individual level fromEl Meu EspaiYou will only need to access the portal “El Meu Espai” of the City Council where you are registered and enter the highlighted “Consult registration data”. Then, you will be able to view the data on the screen as well as the possibility of downloading the accrediting document.

Currently, this project is in the pilot phase and has the important collaboration of eleven entities. On the one hand, the Diputació de Girona with the town councils of Vilabertran, Tallada d’Empordà, Hostalric, Celrà, Castellfollit de la Roca, Llambilles and Navata. And on the other, individually with the town councils of Castellar del Vallès, Sitges, Calafell and Tàrrega.

At the same time, work is being done to update the registry agreement to current regulations. This will be the turning point in order to move from the pilot phase to offering the service to all local entities worldwide.ereshealthy.

This new functionality is part of the Empadrona't project, which aims to give an impetus to the electronic processing of procedures related to the register and tidy up all the information related to the municipal register given its relevance in the municipal area. Other resources that have been deployed in the framework of this project are the guided assistant of the registration procedures or the revision i inclusion of new registration procedures in the catalog of procedureseTRAM.
