The video of the day to accompany citizens in the digital transformation is available

The director of the AOC, Santi Gallardo and the deputy director of Innovation and Data of the AOC, Miquel Estape, have participated in the day of accompanying citizens in the digital transformation, held at the School of Public Administration of Catalonia (EAPC).

The day reviewed good practices and innovative projects promoted by different institutions in the territory. Some experiences on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) in improving citizen attention were also made known.
