The Department of Education has published on the Electronic Board of the Administration of the Generalitat of Catalonia the definitive Resolution granting subsidies to the local bodies of Catalonia, intended to finance the dance schools under their ownership, for the 2022-2023 academic year .

Against this Resolution, which exhausts the administrative route, the local bodies can file an administrative appeal before the Administrative Litigation Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Catalonia, within two months from the day after its publication, in accordance with what is provided for in article 46.1 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, regulating administrative contentious jurisdiction.

Likewise, they may optionally file an appeal for reconsideration, prior to the contentious administrative appeal, before the body that issues this act, within a period of one month from the day after its publication, in accordance with the provisions of article 77 of Law 26/2010, of August 3, on the legal regime and procedure of the public administrations of Catalonia, and articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the common administrative procedure of the public administrations, or any other appeal that they consider appropriate for the defense of their interests.eresSOS.
