To request this modality, apart from the usual information to justify access to Via Oberta data, it must be taken into account that the DGT, as the issuer of the data, requires a series of specific requirements that we list below :
Procedure code: the DGT establishes that the procedure code used to consult the data of a vehicle for a traffic violation is exclusive to this modality. For this purpose, a Via Oberta form has been added specific code, the 2947EUC, which you will find by selecting "Notification of traffic fines" as the type of procedure. We show you the procedure to select to apply for this modality:
Specific documentation: along with the application you must submit theAppendix 1, which is a document of DGT's own. Likewise, once the consultation is authorized, it will be necessary to send annually theAppendix 2 to incidencias.correos@dgt.es during the month of January of the following year (otherwise, the transferor will cut off consumption).
Competition: in the case ofsupramunicipal bodies, the DGT asks for one a certificate signed by the body in which they are indicated sanctioning powers that have been delegated to them in relation to the offenses provided for in the Royal Legislative Decree 6/2015, of 30 October, approving the revised text of the Law on traffic, motor vehicle circulation and road safety that would justify access to the sanctioning services they request, as well as a list of the municipalities that have made the delegation to them in order to verify if they meet the requirements to access the aforementioned services.
