The service Representa incorporates SMS notifications

The service Representa, if in the performance of the representation is informed of the contact details and the sending of communications is authorized, it sends a notice every time there is a change in status in the representation. So far, Representa It only sent notifications by email, but now it will also be possible to provide a mobile phone number and a notification will be sent by SMS to the indicated phone number.

In this way, it will be possible to provide the email address, telephone number or both contact details and, depending on the data provided, an email, SMS or both will be sent, each time there is a change in status, to the principal (who grants the powers of attorney) and to the representant (who receives the powers).

When a person is discharged representacontact details can be indicated, but at any time, they can be modified, from the citizenship portal, from the option Modify the data or, by going to a user service office, from the public employee portal.

What warnings does the Representa?

The service Representa sends a notification every time there is a change in status and occurs:

  • high (indicates whether the representa(if the status is “Pending acceptance” or “Pending validation”)
  • revocation
  • renounce
  • validation of a representapending validation (indicates that it has been registered)
  • denial of a representapending validation
  • acceptance of a representapending acceptance (indicates that it has been registered)
  • annulment

Likewise, a reminder is also sent when a representaexpiration date (1 month before, 1 week before and the day of expiration) and a reminder when a representation is pending acceptance (1 week later and 1 month later).
