The service Representa, the collaborative electronic registry of powers of attorney of the Catalan public administrations, improves the structure of the entity's data configuration screen and expands the information on the processing of personal data by incorporating new fields.
One of the first steps to be taken by the users of the service, once they have registered with it, is to report a whole series of data necessary for its correct use, the majority of which, relating to the processing of personal data, and that appear in the service documentation. This step is essential for starting the service and must be performed by the roles of service administrator or entity administrator. Currently, the service has modified the structure and order of the fields on the configuration screen and expanded the information on the processing of personal data, incorporating the RAT fields and the informative link on ARSOPOL rights, fields that will be added and displayed in the registration, modification and processing request templates, which are downloaded from the employee portal and which serve for the request for new registrations and for the management of already existing
