How to make good use of Open Way? (III): verification services
As stated in the post “Migration of the DGT authorizations of the consumer bodies of the ATEX5 Register of Vehicles and Drivers”, the Vehicle and Driver Registration services of the General Directorate of Traffic (DGT) have become interoperable through the Data Intermediation Platform (PID).
As we explained to you at the time, the services of the DGT are classified into two types of modalities: sanctioning and non-sanctioning.
With regard to the sanctioning methods, the AOC Consortium processed the new authorizations ex officio and there is no need to take any other action in this regard, aside from the respective developments by the bodies that consume the services in an integrated way
However, with regard to non-sanctioning modalities, each of us had to request a new authorization, given that it is covered by specific regulations. While it is true that the vast majority of us have already processed this authorization, we have detected some cases in which it remains pending.
For this reason, from the Via Oberta service we have contacted individually the entities that have not yet carried it out in order to ensure that, in the event that they are interested, it is done correctly before the deadline indicated by the DGT, which is September 30.
