When to use generic submission EACAT Formalities?

only you can use a generic submission when it doesn't exist a specific service in the Services CatalogEACAT Procedures to do it.

So, generic shipping is a generic service ofEACAT Procedures that enable the submission of documentation or information in procedures that do not have a specific service in the Services Catalogue ofEACAT Procedures. And, therefore, in the event that a generic submission is used to process a procedure for which there is a specific procedure, the response of the recipient entity must be that it be sent again using the specific procedure enabled for the purpose.

What's more, in the front procedures the Administration of the Generalitat of Catalonia, in application of arts. 16.8 and 66.6 of the Law 39/2015, of 1 October, generic parcels sent when a specific service exists will be deemed not to have been submitted byEACAT Procedures for the procedure being carried out.
