Published the service to request environmental authorization in publicly owned facilities

The Department of Climate Action, Food and Rural Agenda publishes the service for requests for environmental authorization in publicly owned facilities, so that public bodies can process this type of request in facilities of its ownership.

In a first phase, the requests that can be processed for this new service are:

  • Request for simplified environmental impact assessment
  • Application for environmental authorization
  • Request a substantial modification of an existing facility
  • Request a change of ownership of an environmental authorization
