The Catalan Water Agency opens the call of subsidies or to finance the extraordinary expenses incurred by local bodies and groups of local bodies and generated by the transport of water destined for the use of supplying populations by means of tanker vehicles, or by the execution of works or actions equivalent emergencies intended to immediately solve potability problems or lack of water (ref. BDNS 744190).
