The new EACAT is more than just an update; it is a collaborative, accessible and safe space that will transform your work experience. With an intuitive design and an inclusive, close and consistent language, designed to significantly improve your daily tasks.
What will you do in the new EACAT and what will you do in the current version?
Below we detail which tasks will be available on the new platform from launch and which will remain provisionally in the current version.
In the new EACAT:
- Create and manage mailboxes in your organization, facilitating organization and user access to inter-administrative processing services.
- Add users and assign services to mailboxes according to your organization's needs.
- Manage Personal Space preferences within the platform, from settings to password management.
In the current version:
- Create new users or modify the data of existing ones and rest assured that they will be synchronized on the new platform.
- Assign permissions to new users.
- Assign users to the new inter-administrative processing services.

Continuity of the current platform
It is important to note that the current platform will continue to work as before. Opening the new EACAT does not affect the normal operation of the current version in any way, so you can continue with your usual tasks without any interruption.
