The registration period to participate in the 2025 Digital Government Congress (CGD), which will be held on March 12 and 13, 2025 at the Barcelona International Convention Center (CCIB), is now open. Registration for the 5th edition of the CGD 2025 is free for Catalan public administration staff and can be done through form that you can find on the website of the Digital Government Congress.
The Digital Government Congress is the space for meeting and exchanging knowledge, experiences, good practices, services and solutions in the field of the digital transformation of Catalan public administrations to make them closer to citizens, more agile, efficient, innovative and give a better response to the expectations and new challenges posed by society.
Programme
The program has been organized around eight main axes that are based on the European Declaration on Digital Rights and Principles and the Strategic program of the Digital Decade for 2030, which reinforce this commitment, focusing on an inclusive, safe and sustainable digital transformation that, once again, places people as the centerpiece of its action.

The 5th edition of the Digital Government Congress proposes to profoundly transform our society, where people are at the center of everything, with a revolution that transcends technology itself and encompasses all aspects that make up the day-to-day life of citizens, especially the relationship with the Administration, increasingly present virtually with a direct connection.
Smart governments are those that take advantage of technology and data to make better decisions, offering better services and ensuring that people's freedoms and rights are respected and protected, while offering channels of dialogue through new applications to learn about their concerns and propose solutions.
Therefore, the governments that want to join this revolution commit to guarantee digital rights through inclusive, sustainable and proactive public services, which anticipate the needs of citizens and cover them quickly and effectively, adapting to the diverse characteristics and capacities of each person.
