A review of the notices issued by e-FACT service by e-mail has been carried out, to adapt the text, data and tone of voice to the concept of clear communication and homogenize them with the new style of communication of the AOC.

From now on you will receive invoice information in a clearer way and we hope that it will be simpler and easier for you to understand the status of your invoices.
