Improvement of notices in representation searches
From the Representa service, new functions and several changes have been made to improve the operation of the platform, which have meant changes to messaging, with implications for integrators, which will be operational on October 3rd in pre-production and which we will detail below.
Expansion of field contact details "mobile phone"
With the intention of expanding the notices sent to citizens, the "Prefix" and "Mobile phone" fields have been incorporated into the database, in order to be able to send notices by SMS in relation to possible changes of state of the representations.
Both fields are optional.
Modification of the "Surname" field to adapt to the REA NTI
In relation to the tasks derived from the adaptation of the Represent platform to the new Interoperability Technical Standard on Electronic Powers of Attorney Registers (currently still in draft) for the integration with Apodera, the Electronic Powers of Attorneys Register of the General Administration of the State, the fields referred to "Surnames" in the Representa database have been expanded. Therefore, the fields "Surname1" and "Surname2" have been added to the current field "Surnames" (which included both surnames).
In this sense, the three fields will coexist, it being possible to continue sending the "Surname" field including the two surnames as before, this field being sent as "Surname1" when the integration with Apodera is in effect. So, although the field "Surnames" can continue to be sent instead of the new fields, it is recommended to migrate to two surnames for the sending of more precise information.
Extension of personal data with the field "Heart Name"
With the intention of addressing citizens with the name with which they feel identified, the field "Name felt" has been incorporated into the database, in order to be able to send notices with this name, in addition to the name that it appears on the DNI/NIE or Passport.
The sent name field is an optional field.
Modification in relation to the query of active representations
In order to improve the queries made on the platform, active representations have been included in the query, those that are in "Pending signature" status and additionally, the "Current" field will be added to the response to report those representations that, apart from being considered active, are in force at the time of the query.
