Improved search notifications representations

Until now, in the public employee portal of Representa, searches were not allowed for representations between people who did not exist in the database.

In this sense, if a natural or legal person did not exist on the platform and the data of both parties (principal or representant) the option to perform searches was not opened representations or, verification of a representaspecific request for a procedure.

This behavior has now been corrected in the public employee portal and it is now possible to report the identifying data of two people, whether or not they exist in the database. Representa and search if they exist representabetween them, returning a warning on the screen, as there is no representation, in the same way that an error was already returned for those entities that were integrated.
