The ERES 2.0 integrates with El meu Espai

The ERES 2.0 already incorporates the integration of its records and files with “El meu Espai”, the service that the AOC makes available to citizens, to allow them to have an integrated and inter-administrative vision of their actions with public administrations.

Thus, in addition to visualizing the actions that come from the different services of the AOC and which involve a note in the entry and exit register of the Catalan public administrations, citizens will now also be able to view, from the identification a El meu Espai, the files and manual actions that the user organizations of theERES 2.0 generated in this tool.

This integration adds another tool for the administration's internal management, among which they allow citizens to be provided with a unified and continuously updated view of the use made of their data by public bodies.
