The AOC, the Diputació de Lleida and esPublico have held work sessions in recent weeks on the project to implement the file manager in several Lleida municipalities. The Regional Council of Pallars Jussà, the Regional Council of La Segarra, the Regional Council of Pla D'Urgell and the regional councils of Alta Ribagorça and Aran have hosted these days attended by staff working in town councils the Lleida region and who are already users of the Gestiona-esPublico Records Manager solution.
In the work sessions, the general lines of the case manager implementation project in Lleida were presented, the model of integration and use of AOC tools and services that must be requested and the knowledge about the functionalities of the file manager has been updated.
In the coming weeks, the last of the sessions will be held in the Segrià Region. These face-to-face trainings will be complemented with Webinars and other remote trainings that will allow the public workers who participate in the project to continue training for the challenges posed by the implementation of this new manager.
