Lleida hosts work sessions on the project to implement the file manager in Lleida's municipalities

The AOC, the Provincial Council of Lleida and esPublico have held the lasteres weeks of working sessions on the project to implement the file manager in several municipalities in Lleida. The Pallars Jussà Regional Council, the La Segarra Regional Council, the Pla D'Urgell Regional Council and the Alta Ribagorça and Aran regional councils have hosted these sessions, which were attended by staff who work in town halls in the Lleida region and who are already users of the Gestiona-esPublico File Manager solution.

In the work sessions, the general lines of the case manager implementation project in Lleida were presented, the model of integration and use of AOC tools and services that must be requested and the knowledge about the functionalities of the file manager has been updated.

In the near futureeres The last of the sessions will be held in the Segrià Region in the next few weeks. These face-to-face training sessions will be complemented by webinars and other remote training sessions that will allow public workers participating in the project to continue training in the face of the challenges posed by the implementation of this new manager.
