Already have your logging tool adapted to MUX3?
As we had already advanced in one previous post, the entry and exit registration tool of the AOC Consortium (ERES), incorporated, before this summer, a functionality that allows you to change the location of the registrations, previous to a certain date, so that, despite following accessible by service administrator users through a separate area of the application, do not form part of the live records management environment.
In this way, we achieve a release of data to be processed by the usual use environment, and we avoid, at the same time, that data and documents that no longer need to be consulted frequently, can, d on the one hand, to penalize the performance of the service and on the other hand, to add complexity to the daily management of the records, due to the accumulation of visible data, already processed.
Beginning 02/10/2024, therefore, all entry and exit records that have a date prior to 01/01/2022 will no longer be visible in the usual environment of the ERES to become searchable, by administrator users, through the historical mode of the service , accessible from the new screen that is already available in the tool.
