The implementation project has recently been completed in the town halls, municipal entities and county councils of the province of Tarragona, of the check-in and check-out service ERES 2.0 that the AOC Consortium promotes for Catalan public administrations.
This project was born from the need to evolve the registration tools, towards the current version of the MUX, to which the service ERES was already integrated, and to continue advancing in the digitization projects of local entities. It has been carried out based on the close collaboration between the AOC Consortium and the Tarragona Provincial Council and concluded on October 29, with the activation of the use of the service by a total of 135 organizations.
These have become new users of the service. ERES, integrated with the ACTIO platform, provided by the Tarragona Provincial Council for the local authorities of Baix Penedès, Camp de Tarragona and Terres de l'Ebre.
The use of the new solution allows them to add improvements to the management of the registry, such as the availability of documents linked to the entries of the AOC services, which will be automatically visible in the registry itself. ERES.
The project is a new example of successful collaborative work between public administrations, to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative procedures, and in this case, in the use of a unified tool with the objective of facilitating internal management with integration into your ordinary management tool.
