Why is it not necessary to register with Representa for accredited representations with a representative certificate?
In recent weeks, there have been changes in the processing of different FUE procedures, making it necessary to make adaptations to the e-TRAM solution. The most important change has occurred in the "Preliminary fire report request", but adjustments and evolutions have been made in different procedures. Specifically:
Below are the main changes made. You will find them all available in e-TRAM automatically from May 16. Next we go into detail.
From March 1, 2024, the processing of fire prevention requests is integrated into the ecosystem of the Business Single Window (FUE), so that the owner can directly process the request for the prevention report to the General Directorate of Prevention, Fire Extinguishing and Rescue (DGPEIS), thus speeding up the administrative process.
At the outset, the Generalitat de Catalunya has created a new specific procedure with the following name: Fire prevention and safety report
This procedure can therefore be processed from the portal of the Generalitat, but the current municipal procedure (via e-TRAM) is also maintained with some adjustments, in order to comply in the event that the owner has to issue a building permit or activity license, as provided for in fire regulations.

For these procedures, the changes that have occurred are the following:
In the case of councils that have e-TRAM 2.0, these changes will be made automatically.
In the case of councils with their own solutions, these changes will have to be adjusted in their file and processing form, as well as in the XML they exchange with Consorci AOC, while following the instructions of the file model available in the detail of file type document. Source: Canal Empresa.
For this procedure, as for the previous one, the information relating to the exceptions in the case of rural tourism tourist establishments and housing for tourist use has also been updated in the procedure sheet, as has also been incorporated additional information into the form itself.
