In the near futureeres weeks, the service Portasignatures of the AOC will move to the Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud.
This process includes two main actions:
- Erasure of old documents (November 28, 2024)
Documents created before October 28, 1 will be deleted on November 2022. This includes flows, signature proofs, signed documents, and related attachments.
- Migration and version change (December 10)
The environment will be migrated to AWS and the service version will be changed.
This migration is part of the strategic plan for cloud transformation of AOC services initiated in 2022 and through which the migration to the cloud of different AOC services has been carried out, such as PSIS, VÀLid, ERES or DESA'L. This process aims to promote the digital transformation of the AOC to guarantee the quality of the services it offers.
* Remember that as stated in Specific conditions for providing the service Portasignatures of the AOC, the Portasignatures It does not act as an electronic archive. It is essential that you archive the documents signed by all parties in your system or document manager.
