The e-NOTUM platform has been integrated with DEHÚ, the Single Enabled Electronic Address in its Spanish acronym. This integration implies that all notifications and communications generated via e-NOTUM (except those of the Generalitat de Catalunya and its public sector) will be able to be consulted by citizens and companies through an appearance via seu-e (accessing the e-NOTUM citizenship portal) or by appearing on the DEHÚ platform.
This integration, transparent for service users and integrators, will only mean enabling an additional channel of access to notifications by the recipients of the same, thus providing a benefit for citizens and companies and increasing the odds of open notifications on time. The integration does not include the recovery of the notifications deposited in DEHÚ, therefore it is a one-way integration.
In this sense, therefore, a notification/communication generated via e-NOTUM can be consulted by its addressee or representative in both e-NOTUM and DEHÚ.
- Open in e-NOTUM: The evidence in PDF and the xmls contained in it will not change with respect to the current version.
- Open at DEHÚ: The PDF evidence will be the same, but the acceptance xml will include information that this has been done at DEHÚ.
- Not open: The PDF evidence and the xmls contained in it will not change compared to the current version.
- Rejected at DEHÚ: The PDF evidence will be the same, but the acceptance xml will include information that this rejection has been made at DEHÚ.
This integration is expected to be operational next 16 of December. It is not planned to involve any service cut, neither in the employee portal, the citizenship portal nor in the web services.
This integration will fulfill the obligation of local administrations to integrate with the Single Enabled Electronic Address (DEHÚ) as one of the requirements to access the funds Next Generation.
