Multichannel administrative notifications: on paper and electronically
e-NOTUM has modified the entity and backoffice configuration screens regarding the integration and sending of notices and reports, in order to make them more usable and understandable.
In this way, if you access the Configuration > Backoffice section and select the specific backoffice and access e-NOTUM Activity (point 3), the options to send have been modified:
- by email:
- daily reports on notification status changes
- errors detected in the processing of e-mail notifications
- via webservices:
- notification status changes
- errors detected in the processing of e-mail notifications
In the same way, in relation to the organizations, if you access Configuration > Organizations and select the specific organization and access e-NOTUM Activity (point 5), also if they can modify the same parameters.
