Continuing with the collection of good practices, in this post we explain two pieces of information that must be reported correctly when carrying out Via Oberta consultations.
All organizations that consume data have an obligation to cooperate in the event that they are informed of an audit. In this sense, if this data that we will discuss is not reported or is reported incorrectly, it can lead to quite a few headaches, as it makes it difficult to find documentation to justify a certain consumption.
When reporting the file number in which the query is contextualized, it is necessary to limit yourself to indicating this code, without including personal data of the person holding the data. It is also not valid to fill in the field with words such as "evidence", "test", "file". The reported code must allow the correct identification of the file in which the query is made.
In the field relating to the official's name, it is necessary to correctly inform the identity of the person who is consulting the data, to ensure that the consultation is carried out responsibly and with all the guarantees that the procedure requires.
