Extension of the ATEX5 service until January 30, 2025
In the framework of the ordinary audits of Via Oberta services, certain patterns have been identified when requesting services and making consumption that lead to requests from the issuer of the data or to errors in consumption. With the aim of reminding you of certain guidelines and thus avoiding the processing of your procedures being delayed, from the Interoperabilità-Via Oberta service we will publish a collection of good practices distributed in different posts to help you prevent them from being repeated in a future
To start this thread of posts, we will focus on the specific case of the identity data service of the Directorate General of Police. Specifically, we will explain one of the common mistakes when consuming.
To carry out the "Identity inquiry without residence data", it is necessary to inform the number of the identification document together with the first surname or the year of birth. However, it has been detected that some queries were made by first name but without informing him correctly.
For this reason, at the request of the data sender, a specific validation has been implemented in production in order to verify that the information entered by the entity requesting the data matches that contained in the person's NIF/NIE on which the query is made. Thus, if it does not match, the error “42 – The first surname does not match” will be displayed.
