Change in the Check-in and Check-out service

From October 16, a new version of the registration application is implemented, with impacts on the operation ofEACAT Procedures.

On the one hand, managers will have to take into account that the inter-administrative processing service, which until now was called Check in/out (role of query) happens to be called Configuration generic services (role ofAccess to the service).

On the other hand, the activation of this service, which we colloquially know as registration role, allows access to users who do not have access to a specific file. It is important to note that this access only applies to files linked to generic services byEACAT Procedures. The services included are: 

  • Generic Submission 
  • Generalitat communications – Third-party files 
  • EMC – Unified processing 
  • DiBa Communications 
  • Notification – Electronic communication from the Generalitat de Catalunya and its public sector 
  • Report request for the Management of Regulatory Files of the Generalitat 

However, it should be noted that this change only affects the name of the role and the service, while the functionality will remain the same.
