Multichannel administrative notifications: on paper and electronically
If a notification is found to have been filed incorrectly or inappropriately, there is the possibility of technically canceling it. thetechnical cancellation implies that the notification will continue to be visible on the public worker's part of e-NOTUM, but will no longer be accessible by its recipient and, therefore, will not be visible from the citizenship portal. This process can be carried out regardless of the status of the notification (pending acceptance, accepted or rejected).
There are two fast and agile ways to perform the cancellation without having to manage through the User Service Center. In this way, e-NOTUM users have autonomy in the management of cancellations and can carry them out immediately once the need to cancel is detected:
In this regard, we recommend that if your us is using older versions of messaging (3.0*, 3.1 or 3.2), you start the process to migrate to the new version 4.0, given the scheduled obsolescence of the older versions. Specifically, messaging 3.0 is will be discontinued on December 15, 2024.
Need to justify the cancellation
Keep in mind, however, that the cancellation of notifications is provided for those cases where, for example, material or arithmetical errors are seen in the administrative act subject to notification, errors in the recipients themselves or the concurrence of causes of full legal nullity; circumstances linked to the administrative procedure; and that each can decide to apply according to its internal protocol.
The technical cancellation of the notification is a functional issue that does not exempt the body that practices the notification from justifying the decision to cancel it as appropriate (for example, in an administrative act or resolution).
