A new version of the standard catalogue will be available from September 20th. Representa which will include the changes made to the Model Classification Table for Town Councils and County Councils (QdCAC) in November 2023 and February 2024.
Each entity can decide whether the catalog of procedures to be used in Representa is the standard catalogue proposed by the AOC, or, prefer to use your own catalogue. The advantage of the standard catalogue proposed by the AOC, created from the Model of classification table for municipalities and county councils (QdCAC), is that it is maintained and updated by the AOC based on the changes and modifications proposed within the framework of the team of archivists who maintain this Model of classification table; and that it allows the use of a catalogue shared by N users of the Representa, which would facilitate the transition towards a single catalogue and, therefore, towards a possible representaprocedure (type C) applicable to all these entities.
All those entities that use the Representa with standard catalog, they do not have to do anything, therefore, to enjoy this new version, since it will be automatically updated in the service. You can consult the details of the modifications, reviewing the columns:
