Miquel Estapé, new director of the AOC
Last November 22, the AOC Consortium with the collaboration of the Mataró City Council, organized the first meeting aimed at the public attention spaces of the local administrations.
Taking advantage of the Mataró Connecta Space of the Mataró City Council, as an innovative model of relationship with the public, managers and technicians of the spaces for public attention were invited to visit the space and share experiences and good practices. The day began with an exhibition on the "My Space" service as an inter-administrative folder that will allow the online registration of the register, in charge of Rubén Jericho, head of service of the AOC.
This was followed by a debate about the "idCAT Registration Entities" moderated by theAnna Giné, head of the AOC service, and presentation of a use case for promoting the idCAT "Bring your laptop", by Diego Belmonte, head of Espai Mataró Connecta.
In the second part of the meeting, a round table was held with different successful experiences and moderated by Marta Arderiu, Deputy Director of Digital Transformation and Services of the AOC. The table had the participation of different people responsible for areas of public attention such as:
Almudena Gutiérrez, head of the General Services and Open Government Area of the Garriga City Council, with the presentation of the specialized care model they have implemented in the city council.
Maite Selva, head of the Citizen Service Department of the Sant Boi de Llobregat City Council, with the exhibition of the eMAP model, as a new space for relations with people.
Gemma Foj, Head of Citizen Service, Register and Consumer Information of the Sant Cugat del Vallès Town Council, with the presentation of a successful case of simplification in the processing of canteen allowances.
Diego Belmonte, head of the Espai Mataró service, with the description of the model they have put in place to promote the use of electronic notifications and interoperability.
I Anna Bruy, head of the Alella City Council's Citizen Service Office, with a case study of the implementation of the Representa service.
Finally, the meeting concluded with the exhibition of a new project for the creation of a data portal for public attention spaces by David Lobate, responsible for the Processes and Quality Department of Sitges City Council, Gemma Foj, Head of Citizen Service, Register and Consumer Information at the Sant Cugat del Vallès City Council and Beatrice Tudel, responsible for the AOC's Territorial Revitalization and Advisory Unit.
As a result of these exhibitions, the attendees were able to learn first hand the good practices that are being carried out with the aim of transforming the municipal organization to provide a better service to the public.
