In the event that the recipient of the notification is a legal entity, e-NOTUM allows the addition of an additional recipient, known as a "related person".
In practice, the notification will therefore have two recipients, the legal person and the natural person who has been linked to it, and notices of availability will be sent to both people (if contact details have been included in the notification ).
The notification may therefore be accepted by both the natural person and the legal person. In this sense, and depending on the access level defined in the notification, it may be accepted, identifying itself as a natural person (single-use code idCAT Mobile, certificate of natural person, etc.) or legal person (one-time code or certificate of representan.t.).
In relation to the citizenship portal, notifications that have a linked person are displayed in the “Company” tab (the list can be changed between “Individual” and “Company” using the buttons located in the upper right side margin), whether you access it as the notified legal person or as the notified natural person. The other tab (“Individual”) will contain, in the case of the linked person, the notifications that the natural person has that are not linked to the notification and, in the case of the legal person, the notifications that the natural person who holds the certificate of representant, have it in your name.
