The Catalan Traffic Service publishes a service to request a report from the road owner, regarding the itinerary that affects the vehicleseres within its competence, within the framework of the resolution of a special transport authorization for circulation.

The SCT will request this report from the competent city councils and provincial councils and they will return the prepared report, throughEACAT.
