Publication of the attribution request to the fund for the financing of the discharge control fee, accrued in 2022 and settled in 2023

The Catalan Water Agency has opened the process of allocating funds for the liquidation of the discharge control fee accrued in 2022 and settled in 2023 by the corresponding hydrographic confederation. These are medium waste water discharges carried out within the territorial limits of Catalonia, as established by the twenty-seventh additional provision of Legislative Decree 3/2003, of November 4.

Applications can be submitted until September 15, 2023 through the service ACA-CCA007 Request for the allocation of funds for the financing of the discharge control fee accrued in 2022 settled in 2023 (local bodies) from the catalog of services ofEACAT.
