Proposal for a provisional resolution granting grants to local art schools. Course 2020-2021

The Department of Education has published on the Electronic Board of the Administration of the Generalitat de Catalunya the Provisional resolution proposal for the granting of subsidies to the local bodies of Catalonia, intended for the financing of cycles of specific medium and/or higher level training in plastic arts and design taught in the art schools under their ownership, for the course of the 2020-2021 academic year.

The provisional resolution proposal will be understood tacitly accepted if the local entity proposed as beneficiary does not present any allegation within the term of 10 working days to count from the day after the publication of the provisional resolution. Within the same period, the applicant local bodies can present allegations, which will be taken into account at the time of definitive resolution, in accordance with regulatory basis 10.3 of theOrder EDU/98/2022, of May 3, modified byOrder EDU/54/2023, of March 22.

The local bodies proposed as beneficiaries can also, within the same period, to give up of the subsidy or presentar la reformulation of the report of activities and of the budget in the event that it is necessary to justify significant modifications, which are not substantial, with respect to those delivered initially, in accordance with regulatory basis 10.4 of the aforementioned regulatory bases.
