In order to optimize the space and efficiency of the AOC's Portasignatures, next September 13, 2023 flows, signature evidence, signed documents and possible attachments will be removed of those signature flows created before September 1, 2021.
Also, we inform you that at the end of the year a new functionality will be activated that will automatically archive completed flows (Signed by all parties) for more than 6 months, removing the signed documents linked to them.
We remind you that, as stated in Specific conditions for the provision of the AOC Portasignatures service, electronic filing of documents is not a functionality covered by the Service, and we therefore urge you, if you are not already doing so, to archive documents signed by all parties in your systems or document managers.
We will notify you again through this blog before taking these actions.
